1. About Art of Salsa

Art of Salsa provides services related to dance education, including:

• Viewing class schedules
• Booking dance classes
• Purchasing memberships
• Managing bookings
• Receiving announcements and updates
• Accessing educational content and community features

Unless otherwise stated, memberships relate to participation in physical dance classes and related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Memberships

Certain features require an active membership or class credits.

Membership details, pricing, included credits, and validity periods are displayed before purchase.

Membership benefits are personal and may not be transferred unless explicitly permitted by Art of Salsa.

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Stripe to process your payment according to the selected membership.

Art of Salsa does not store your payment card information.

6. Class Bookings

Bookings are subject to:

• Class availability
• Capacity limits
• Membership eligibility
• Booking rules displayed in the app

Some classes, including private team classes, may not be available for booking.

Jam Sessions or promotional events may have different booking rules.

7. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled through the app, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

If credits are restored after cancellation, this will be handled automatically according to the rules configured for your membership.

Art of Salsa reserves the right to modify booking policies where necessary.

8. Changes to Schedule

We may occasionally:

• Reschedule classes
• Change teachers
• Change rooms
• Cancel classes

When possible, affected members will be notified through the app.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the app or our systems
• Interfere with the operation of the app
• Reverse engineer or copy the application except where permitted by law
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Share your account with others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within the Art of Salsa app, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Art of Salsa.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

11. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time through the app.

Deleting your account removes or anonymizes your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art of Salsa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or participation in activities booked through the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as available" basis.

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information is free from errors.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Art of Salsa, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
